SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

OUR GUARANTEE:

We know how personal jewelry is and want you to be confident and happy with every purchase. We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy if the jewelry is in its original and unworn condition accompanied with the original sales receipt. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase. If an item is exchanged, the exchanged item can only be returned for store credit, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, and our integrity to all of our clients, we cannot accept returns on pieces that have been altered, sized, special ordered, or custom-made.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or can be offered as a gift card or store credit. Gift cards and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

 

RETURNS PROCESS:

For online purchases, Williams Jewelers accepts returns 14 days from the date of delivery. Before sending the item back, you must email returns@wjdiamonds.com stating the reason for return. We will reply within 48 business hours with approval and walk you through the best way of getting the item back to us. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser and are typically not covered by Williams Jewelers.


SHIPPING POLICIES:

SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES

Each Williams Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF COLORADO

Williams Jewelers offers FedEx shipping within the United States. In order for certain items to be shipped beyond Colorado we may request you complete your purchase via wire transfer.  If this is necessary for the item you have chosen, we will contact you with further instructions and your originally selected payment method will not be charged.  At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
