SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES
Each Williams Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF COLORADO
Williams Jewelers offers FedEx shipping within the United States. In order for certain items to be shipped beyond Colorado we may request you complete your purchase via wire transfer. If this is necessary for the item you have chosen, we will contact you with further instructions and your originally selected payment method will not be charged. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY
We require a signature for delivery.
IN-STOCK & SPECIAL ORDER PURCHASES
You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship within two to three business days. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day. You can expect your special order to arrive on average 4 to 6 weeks. (Subject to change)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES*
If you are not completely satisfied —for any reason —you may receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase date, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase. *Custom and special orders are non-refundable.
For online purchases, Williams Jewelers accepts returns 14 days from the date of delivery. Before sending the item back, you must obtain a pre-approved Refund Authorization number (RA #) and include this number with your item.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Contact our Customer Service department at 303-761-9700. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#), place your item in its original box and include everything that was included when you received it. Carefully and securely package it and take it to the nearest Post Office. Insure your item for its full retail value, and simply mail it back to us registered mail. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Bank wires will be refunded by company check.
IMPORTANT: Please do not ship any package to Williams Jewelers without first obtaining a valid RA #, as returns will not be accepted without them..
