We follow the Rolex Service Procedure, designed to ensure that every timepiece leaving a Rolex workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications.
Meet Our Watchmakers
Cory Schell comes to Williams Jewelers as a Level 50 Rolex Certified watchmaker and has been working on watches for over 17 years. Cory graduated from the Lititz Watch Technicum and is also certified by SAWTA (Swiss-American Watchmakers Training Alliance).
David George joined the Williams' team in 2022. David is a Level 40 Rolex Certified watchmaker and graduated from OSU school of watchmaking. David has over 13 years of experience and is certified with SAWTA and CW-21.
We have relationships with many watch manufacturers allowing us to service their watches using their factory parts. We also offer simple services, including battery changes, water testing and band sizing.

Our master watchmakers service most leading watch brands using the latest technology and state-of-the-art diagnostic testing equipment. We accept most watch makes and models and can service high-end, Swiss watches as well as restore vintage watches.
