For more intricate custom requests, we employ the most advanced computer software and precise milling machine available. We can create unique and unparalleled designs with the Computer Aided Design program (CAD/CAM) on the premises.

The Process
PHASE 1 - DESIGN MEETING
Schedule an appointment with our professional design team to create the perfect piece of jewelry you always dreamed of! Help us bring your vision to life with inspiration, pictures or examples. Our custom team will help you figure out the details, weigh all the options and guide you through each step of the process.
PHASE 2 - CAD & WAX
Our expert designer will create a Computer Aided Design (CAD) model which displays multi-angled renderings of your custom piece. We will modify the design to make it exactly what you dreamed of. Once your design concept has been finalized, we will create a wax model that you can see and try on. If any modifications need to be made, these final changes will be made before we cast the piece.
PHASE 3 - CASTING
Your custom piece is now a reality! We cast the piece in your chosen metal, on site, and our Master Jewelers bring the design into fruition.
PHASE 4 - DIAMOND SETTING & FINISHING
This is the final phase of production and where the magic happens! Master Jewelers take your rough casting and transform it into your dream design. We polish and perfect your creation before setting all the stones and apply any finishes.
PHASE 5 - DELIVERY
At your appointment to pick up your custom jewelry, we will present your item, discuss care, upkeep, and warranty, as well as provide you a copy of an appraisal and any necessary documentation. We cannot wait for you to enjoy and show off your Williams Jewelers Custom Jewelry!
*Please Note: Custom designs can take 4-6 weeks after the design has been approved for production and is subject to change. A $500 design/CAD/wax deposit is required and includes up to 2 wax models. The deposit will be applied to the final price of your custom piece.
