Role Responsibilities:
The Sales Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining inbound sales leads in a high-volume capacity, focusing on a luxury customer experience, reflecting the product that we carry. Consulting daily and identifying new sales opportunities while closing new in bound leads through in person appointments, virtually, or over the phone. On going product training and product knowledge provided to stay current with market trends.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who loves working with people, solves problems and creates a memorable experience for each client. The ideal candidate is a great listener, has strong attention to detail, professional verbal, and written communication. Looking for time management skills, accountability, prompt follow through and ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Utilize sales processes and strategies to assist clients in purchasing decisions and educating clients.
Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
o Thinks critically and solves problems o Strong computer skills and experience with CRM o Self-motivated, entrepreneur spirit o Team-oriented mindset with ability to work collaboratively across departments o Excellent communication skills, verbal and written o Robust sales skills and product knowledge within the fine jewelry industry o Meets personal metrics as well as team targets in a sales focused environment o Fine jewelry retail experience, minimum two years
