Amáli designer, Sara Freedenfeld, discovered a passion for jewelry making while backpacking through South America. While learning tips of the trade on her trek, she is mostly a self-taught artist, creating fashion-like pieces that are woven like fine fabrics. She created a proprietary weaving pattern for her chains that is still done by hand in New York City.
